The competition was held in the summer semester of 2024, and students from the Design Faculty at Coburg University were invited. The only requirements were the text content “International Samba Festival Coburg” and the event period “July 11th to 13th, 2025”, the DIN portrait format and minimum requirements for subsequent processing in offset printing.

13 students took part and received free entry to last year’s festival.

The three prize winners were selected in the first jury meeting on October 31st, 2024, with the first two places still open. In a second jury round, Vanessa Gundler was able to place first with her design.
